People of Good Will

At the time the war began Mrs. Kołodziejczyk was only 12 years old, what makes her deed even more outstanding and admirable. This story touches upon the motivation of Poles, young people especially, to participate in the Resistance Movement against the Nazi occupation and illustrates the activity of underground organisations in Poland. Through the workshops „People of Good Will” young people now get an opportunity to learn more about the reality that young Poles lived and formed in during WWII and to deal with such basic human values as devotion, altruism, patriotism, mercy, sympathy and their place in the contemporary world.
